16 June: AWARE Mood Walk

Volunteers needed to help at Belfasts AWARE Mood Walk

The Mood Walks were such a success last year, AWARE have decided to run all 4 again this year and new one at Dalriada Festival!

They are holding Mood Walks in Belfast, Dalriada, Portstewart, Derry/Londonderry and Omagh. Anyone can take part and you can choose to walk 5k or 10k. It's a fun way to raise money for AWARE - the National Depression Charity for Northern Ireland.

Registration costs 10. All money raised is put directly back into the services of AWARE and helping to support and educate people on the illness of depression and bipolar disorder in Northern Ireland.
