SAaRIH (Safeguarding Adults at Risk Information Hub) is an online central information resource for practitioners, managers, trainers, researchers and policy makers with an interest in adult safeguarding.
The hub contains a wide range of adult safeguarding information relevant to organisations supporting vulnerable adults in the statutory, voluntary, community and independent sectors.
The website is a high quality online central information resource for all those who are interested in and have responsibility for safeguarding adults. Information categories on SAaRIH include consultations, inspection and inquiry reports, legislation, serious case reviews and statistics. The hub also provides policies, standards and practice guides, toolkits, videos and voluntary and community sector resources. Organisations can also keep up to date with upcoming events and latest news.
The SAaRIH is updated daily and contains all relevant information from Northern Ireland. It also includes a wide range of information from the Republic of Ireland, England, Scotland, Wales, Europe and beyond.
Membership of the Safeguarding Adults at Risk Information Hub (SAaRIH) us now available free to all 'not for profit' voluntary and community organisations in Northern Ireland. This initiative is funded by the Department of Health, Social Services and Public Safety which recognises the vital and extensive adult safeguarding role that is undetaken by voluntary and community organisations.
