Leadership & Dealing With Conflict

The last Leadership session in September is Leadership & Dealing With Conflict on Thursday 23 September 2021 at 10am.

This session examines leadership styles and theories, the principles of conflict management, recognising the REAL problem and dealing with it through active listening and support and supervision.

The Leadership Series of courses consists of 4 different buy complimentary sessions and each session covers a different topic regarding leadership of an organisation, programme or project.

Some of the topics explored over the series are leadership styles, communication styles, why leadership matters, conformity, how to get the best from your team, how to effectively manage change within an organisation, programme or project and much more.

The four sessions can be taken individually but as they compliment each other, why not think about attending all four?
