January 2022 Training: Leadership & Why It Matters

The first session in the next round of our Leadership Series of courses is Leadership & Why It Matters on Tuesday 11 January 2022.  During the session, you will examine the difference between management and leadership, look at why leadership matters and what can be most difficult and challenging about leadership of an organisation, programme or project.

The Leadership Series of courses consists of 4 different buy complimentary sessions and each session covers a different topic regarding leadership of an organisation, programme or project.

Some of the topics explored over the series are leadership styles, communication styles, why leadership matters, conformity, how to get the best from your team, how to effectively manage change within an organisation, programme or project and much more.

The four sessions can be taken individually but as they compliment each other, why not think about attending all four?
