Small Worlds – Café-Style Workshops
Small Worlds workshops are café-style events, hosted by members of Belfast Friendship Club.
Table hosts share their purely personal perspectives about how they’ve coped with their lives as migrant workers, asylum seekers, refugees, etc. In this way, participants can have a meaningful encounter with others whose lives and life experience is probably very different from their own.
This event is being held on Wednesday 30 March 2022 at 10.30am-12.30pm in The Community Hall, Skainos Centre, 239 Newtownards Road, Belfast, BT4 1AF. Book your place here.
Who is it for?
Small Worlds workshops have run across Northern Ireland since 2009 with many different audiences, including:
- community and youth groups
- faith-based groups
- business and community leaders
- youth workers and teachers
- school children at both primary and post-primary level.
