Coronation Champions Awards – nominations NOW OPEN!

Royal Voluntary Service have recently launched the Coronation Champions Awards in partnership with Her Majesty The Queen Consort.

The awards are an official Coronation project, created to celebrate the contribution of the UK’s extraordinary volunteers, and aim to recognise volunteers (aged 14 and over) from all backgrounds and communities across the UK who are giving their time to a variety of causes. The 500 most remarkable volunteers will be chosen as Coronation Champions. They will be awarded with a specially designed Coronation Champions pin and a certificate signed by Her Majesty The Queen Consort. There will also be opportunities for some of the Coronation Champions volunteers to attend one of the official Coronation celebrations, such as the Windsor Castle Coronation Concert or a Coronation Garden Party.

The expert judging panel want to hear specifically about the amazing work volunteers have done recently, up to the last five years, and nominations are open for people aged 14+.
