The summer is a busy period and volunteers at Ulster Folk and Transport Museum and volunteers are needed to assist with family activities, helping deliver craft and other sessions and keeping visitor numbers at a viable level.

As delivery staff will be fully engaged during these activity days, we’d value volunteers who can offer a number of days during the summer so that they can become familiar with the requirements. We will do our best to accommodate those preferring to volunteer for half days.

Activity days (11 – 17.00) will be Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays in July and August.

Lunch will be provided, and they provide travel expenses in line with their policy: 45p per mile, up to £15 per day
