An invitation from the Assembly Engagement Team

To mark International Day of Older Persons on October 1 and Positive Ageing Month, the Northern Ireland Assembly Engagement Team would like to join voluntary and community groups in recognising the integral role of older people in our society and celebrate the contribution that older people make to their communities and Northern Ireland as a whole.

They would like to invite individuals, groups and organisations working with older people to get in touch to find out more about the Assembly Engagement Team and what they offer.

They can provide free virtual or in-person information sessions outlining how legislation is made and steps on how to raise your issues and concerns.  They can also organise tours of Parliament Buildings and may be able to help with bespoke or specific requests, so please reach out and they can discuss potential options.
