Become a Wish Maker with Make-A-Wish UK!

Critical illness brings a child’s joy to an abrupt end but Make-A-Wish UK is part of a global movement that grants life-changing wishes that have the power to turn tears into cheers, rescuing the magic of childhood even in their toughest times and providing a lifeline for families to spend precious time together.  Right now, 55 children in Northern Ireland are waiting for their life-changing wish, and Make-A-Wish UK urgently need volunteers to help raise the funds to make these dreams come true.

As a Community Wish Maker you’ll be the spark that drives their fundraising efforts! Organize exciting events and inspire others to do the same, reach out to local businesses, schools, and organizations, and inspire others by sharing the magic of a wish.  Through your talks, you’ll highlight the profound impact a wish has on a critically ill child and their family, encouraging your community to donate. The best part? Every penny you help to raise as a volunteer will be spent directly on granting wishes in Northern Ireland only.
