Pretty Muddy 5k is a fun-filled muddy obstacle course. Participants scramble over the A-frame, crawl through the mud pit, bounce on the space hoppers and have fun with your friends while raising valuable funds for Cancer Research UK’s lifesaving work.  For more details on how to register as a participant visit raceforlife.cancerresearchuk.org

Volunteers are needed to help at this event on 25 May at Ormeau Park.  Whether you are handing out medals, marshalling on the course, cheering participants on or stirring mud at an obstacle, you are making a real difference by giving your time.
