Could you help to rebuild people’s lives after stroke?

PREP is Northern Ireland Chest Heart & Stroke’s physiotherapy led, community based course which helps rebuild people’s lives after stroke, through exercise and education.  It is designed for stroke survivors who have completed the statutory rehabilitation that the health service offers to meet their longer term care needs, and they need volunteers to help with:

–  Setting up equipment

–  Encouraging, motivating and assisting clients with light exercise

–  Assisting clients to move around the room to use equipment and complete exercise programme
