Leadership & Why It Matters

Why does Leadership matter?  What is the difference between Management and Leadership?

During this session, we will examine these questions and more, including management styles, what is leadership and what can be most difficult and challenging about Leadership of an organisation, programme, or project.

The other session in the Leadership Series are:

  Tuesday 15 November 10am-1pm
• Leadership & Working with Teams
  Tuesday 29 November 10am-1pm
• Leadership & Dealing with Conflict
  Thursday 1 December 10am-1pm
