The New Environment: Support & Supervision of Volunteers
Do you value your volunteers, recognise they have other commitments, give them a voice? This session will examine why Support and Supervision is important for volunteers and your organisation.
We will look at good practice and how we ensure we are being proactive and not reactive to our volunteers. We will also look at new ways to carry out Support and Supervision remotely as well as face to face.
The other sessions in the Building Foundations series are:

Tuesday 1 November | 10am-11.30am - The New Environment: Volunteer Induction
Thursday 3 November | 10am-12.30pm - The New Environment: Volunteers & the Law
Monday 28 November | 10am-12.30pm
PROMOTION: Book on all four Building Foundations courses in November and get a free place on any volunteer management course of your choice (to be used within May 2022-March 2023).

*The free course must be a volunteer management course and is NOT available for any safeguarding courses. The free course must be one in the current training calendar and taken before March 2023.
