Guide Dogs NI need your help!

Guide Dogs NI are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated volunteers to provide a temporary homes for guide dogs in training! They are looking for both respite fosterers and training dog fosterers.

Their dogs need people who can provide them with a loving home and transport to school, whilst they are doing their all-important training to become a guide dog to help someone with sight loss.  Could you be part of their journey?  Aside from the numerous benefits of having a dog within your home, helping with well-being, and getting out of the house more, Guide Dogs NI cover all your food and veterinary costs, meaning you get all the benefits of having a dog without the added cost!  You will be paired with a dedicated volunteer manager to help you along every step of the way.  You will also be given training to help understand the basics of dog handling and grooming.
