New Opportunities with Be Collective

Since 2020, Volunteer Now has partnered with Be Collective to provide our digital volunteer system which supports our wider volunteering community in Northern Ireland.  The platform is designed to help manage volunteers, create opportunities, collaborate, engage new audiences, and understand our impact.

Be Collective has shared its plans to launch a new product plan on 30 January.  As a result, it will now offer three plans: BC Standard (free), BC Plus and BC Professional.  You can read more about the features in each plan here.

Anyone currently using Be Collective is a BC Standard plan user and can continue to enjoy free access (no action required).  This gives you access to the standard suite of volunteer management tools.  You can post opportunities, build a volunteer pool, schedule and roster your volunteers, and connect with other groups on Be Collective through partnerships & endorsements.

As a member of Volunteer Now, we are pleased to offer you the option to upgrade to the BC Plus plan at a 40% discount (original price of £600).  Be Collective Plus allows you to add a higher number of administrators to your group, manage documents and member data, access advanced reports, and so much more for only £360 (excl VAT) per annum.

Of course, you can also choose to take no action and continue to enjoy Be Collective Standard features as you do today.

How will this impact my volunteers?

These changes will not impact your volunteers.  In fact, your volunteers will always enjoy the benefits of Be Collective at no cost (including the social record and CV).
