CLARE is a community led voluntary organisation working within North Belfast that enables vulnerable adults and older people to maintain their independence and reduce feelings of isolation and loneliness.  They do this by connecting them to existing support services and resources, provide help with practical tasks within the home and offer befriending opportunities that improve peoples’ lives for the better.  See Anna’s story below on how much difference a befriender makes to her life….
