Spirit of Volunteering Awards 2022

Nominations are now open for the Antrim and Newtownabbey Spirit of Volunteering Awards 2022,  an initiative that recognises the hard work and dedication of the Borough’s unsung heroes.

Antrim & Newtownabbey Borough Council want to recognise those who have given much of their time to volunteering, and those who are relatively new to this invaluable service who have already started to make a difference.  By willingly giving their time to volunteering, people are changing the lives of others as well as their own.

The theme for the awards this year focuses on precious metals and the intrinsic qualities that they possess which are similar to those of a volunteer.

To find out more and make a nomination, please click here.  Nominations close on Tuesday 31 May 2022 at 4pm.  Winners will be announced at the Antrim and Newtownabbey Spirit of Volunteering Awards 2022 celebration event on Thursday 13 October 2022 at 7pm in Theatre at the Mill.
