World Elder Abuse Awareness Day 2020

Today is World Elder Abuse Awareness Day 2020.  A day which aims to increase the awareness of abuse of older people.  And the action required to prevent it and stop it where it occurs.

We at Volunteer Now have signed a declaration which outlines our committment to safeguard the older people we work with and we encourage you to do the same.  You can access the declaration here.  There is also a toolkit available here.
